Why take BCAAs and EAAs?
There are 9 essential amino acids (EAAs) that our bodies do not produce, so we must get them through our diet. If you are consuming enough protein every day then you are getting a good supply of EAAs. If you aren’t good about eating/drinking protein, every day, then you should probably add in Amino IV. Those who are weight training, endurance training, or any other activity that causes a high use of skeletal muscle will have a higher demand for EAAs to help repair the muscle tissue.
Three of the EAAs are known as branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), and it is these three that have the most activity in signaling the process of muscle protein synthesis in the body. Since 2013 we have known to combine BCAA’s with all the other EAAs, as the body must have saturation levels of specific EAAs in order for the BCAAs to have the greatest impact. Yeah, it is a mouthful, but you can trust in us to know how to formulate from science. Amino IV’s got it all.
